Service Terms
These terms of service govern all plumbing services provided by LB Plumber's, including residential, commercial, and emergency plumbing work. By scheduling or accepting any service from us, you agree to be bound by these terms as outlined below.
Our Services
- All plumbing services are performed by fully licensed, insured technicians in compliance with applicable California state and local municipal plumbing codes and standards.
- Written estimates are provided prior to commencement of any work. Any additional scope discovered during service will be communicated to the customer and approved before proceeding.
- Emergency and after-hours plumbing service calls are subject to applicable after-hours rates, which will be disclosed clearly before any technician is dispatched to your location.
- LB Plumber's reserves the right to decline service where site conditions present an unreasonable safety hazard to technicians or where required permits have not yet been obtained by the property owner.
Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon completion of each plumbing service unless a written financing or payment plan arrangement has been agreed upon in advance.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, personal checks, and cash. Returned checks are subject to a standard processing fee as permitted by applicable law.
- Invoices that remain unpaid after 30 days from the service date are subject to a monthly late fee in accordance with California law.
- Disputed charges must be submitted to our billing department in writing within 10 business days of the service date for review and resolution.
Liability
LB Plumber's liability for any plumbing service performed is limited to the cost of the service rendered. We are not liable for pre-existing plumbing conditions, damage resulting from delayed customer action following our documented recommendations, or issues arising from customer-supplied materials or fixtures. Our workmanship guarantee covers defects in labor and installation for a minimum of one year from the original service date.
